One phone call is all it takes, you provide us with the details and our customer focused staff will do the rest. We will liase with your Insurer, arrange authority for repairs and carry out the repairs as quickly as possible

Our car accident damage repair services cover all aspects of car body repairs. Because we are a relatively small body shop with the capacity for large contracts, we can offer highly competitive prices and high levels of service to all our customers. Because of our size we are also able to offer an entirely flexible and personalised approach.

• We will send the repair estimate to your Insurance Company and then telephone them to make sure they are in receipt of it and arrange an inspection date at our premises or at your own premises as soon as possible.
• Our service is friendly, fast and reliable so you can be sure that, once the car is in our hands, the damage will be repaired as quickly as possible and to the highest standards using the latest techniques and materials available.
• We will also ensure that you have access to our Courtesy vehicle, if required, for the duration of the repairs. When the repairs have been completed you will be invited to inspect the vehicle, to ensure your total satisfaction, we will then ask you to sign the Repair Satisfaction Note. Only then will we send the final invoice to your Insurance Company for payment.
• Our aim is to take as much of the stress and heartache out of the equation,  after a no fault accident has occurred.
